Our Story
We’re a father and son team, and painting runs deep in our family — four generations deep, to be exact. Otto’s Painting started out in Lima, Ohio, and over the years, we’ve taken our brushes and work ethic just about everywhere. Today, we’re proud to call Oak Hill, Ohio home.
While the places have changed, our commitment hasn’t. We’re a DC 53 signatory company, and we believe in doing honest work with skill, care, and no shortcuts. It’s how our family’s always done it — with solid training, real craftsmanship, and a no-nonsense approach.
Whether it’s a big job or a small one, we show up, we do it right, and we treat people with respect. That’s the Otto’s way — and we’re proud to keep it going.
Our Services
We specialize in high-quality painting for a wide range of surfaces. If a material’s data sheet says paint will adhere to it, chances are—we can make it look great. From traditional surfaces to more unique applications, we bring skill, experience, and attention to detail to every project.
Our Process
Every coating we apply is backed by strict adherence to manufacturer data sheets—no shortcuts, no guesswork. Our team is proudly trained through the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades (IUPAT) at the DC 53 training facility, a 96,000 square foot center focused on real-world techniques and safety. This ensures our crew is fully prepared to handle any surface, environment, or challenge with confidence and professionalism.
